Can You Grow Young?
There are stories of a Shangri-La hidden in the mountains of China, were people did not age. Was it fact or fiction? We may never know the Chinese government in gaining power over remote areas destroyed many monasteries, killing tens of thousands. The ONE monastery may no longer be in existence, but there was someone who was taught at least the basic movements. These exercises are claimed to reverse the aging process. The purpose of these exercises is to regulate the Chakras, greatly increasing the speed and make all seven spin at the same speed working together. Along with exercises were instructions on diet, and mental attitude. Each instruction given makes perfect sense to me with my knowledge of energy. The set seem to have been developed by some one who could see energy and the technique had been refined over the years.
